Although the unit comes with a standard pendant, we recommend that you consider the fall detector pendant for automatic detection of falls (if the user fails to press). The standard pendant could be worn on the wrist overnight in case the fall pendant is forgotten on the nightstand. 

The consoles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on their return. We do not re-use the pendants and the console is thoroughly inspected, tested and refurbished with a new back-up battery.
